Project summary:	Development of new Web Portal for the Russian State Children's Library. The Web Portal will become a new home for the library Web Site, online catalog and several online projects. It will also feature a suite of Web2.0 tools for communication with patrons and social networking including open forum, user profiles, commenting on all documents, and group work.
